The popup can be shown using personalization rules (set it differently than the "Welcome" one so that they don't overlap). Right now the CTA in the popup leads to your campaign's Landing Page on the CRM.

Down here is an html widget with code to show your campaign thermometer. This widget unfortunately will not work with a popup.
