Our Mission

At Fathers for Justice we are dedicated to ensuring every father has an opportunity to preserve their rightful and desired role in their children’s lives. It is our mission to transform the landscape of child custody adjudication by advocating for rigorous, impartial investigation and litigation that upholds the best interests of children while ensuring equitable treatment for fathers. By encouraging fair legal process and seeking to dismantle systemic bias against fathers as caregivers, we exist to amplify the voices of fathers in Montana’s family courts. We empower fathers by: securing fearless, reputable representation capable of challenging even the most formidable legal counsel; helping fathers engage with their children in healthy ways through parenting classes and family activity opportunities; and supporting fathers in obtaining services needed for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, including addiction recovery – and relieving the financial burdens for these necessary supports. Fathers for Justice champions a future where justice prevails, families are strengthened, and children thrive under the care of both parents equally valued by the law.
